Missouri NEA R.A. delegates elect state officers

During the Missouri NEA Representative Assembly April 27-28, local association delegates cast their ballots to elect new officers of the state association.   MNEA Pres. Charles E. Smith and Vice Pres. Brent Fullington have each served the maximum of two three-year terms.
